We’ve not reinvented the wheel but instead looked incredibly closely at everything a wheel is comprised of, and obsessed over every last detail. The HUNT name even stems from this obsessive chase for the small things. The result: cutting-edge wheels that receive high praise from riders across the globe.
If you're able to buy a product that is heavily discounted on Black Friday weekend, it means that you're overspending on those goods if you buy them at any time during the rest of the year. That's not how we operate or the reason we started making wheels. We already offer our wheels to be as competitive as they can be.

Our wheels aren’t dreamt up when we’re on sunny holidays in the Alps. No, they’re born from all of us riding day in & day out. Whether commuting to HUNT HQ on the salty lanes through the winter, taking our cross-country bikes across South Downs Way, bombing the singletrack in Steyning, or hammering around the circuits of our local CX league at the weekends... HUNT is comprised of passionate & devoted riders, just like you. We understand how your equipment needs to meet the stresses placed upon it by your riding & racing. Ours does too, and so we thank you for your invaluable part in this process.
We’ll support you when others won’t
Holding true to our customer service promises has ensured we’ve quickly secured a reputation as delivering some of the finest service in the industry. We looked first at the existing standards of service set by the industry, before deciding just beating those wasn’t good enough, and so we try to deliver the best in the world - regardless of industry. We aim to respond to all customer emails within just 24 hours, and we offer a number of other ways to get in touch. We offer live-chat even on weekends from 1-5 pm for when you’ve finished your morning ride, and also a 1-hour response rate for all social media messages from 8 am until 10 pm. Whether your preference is for email, social media direct messaging, or chatting over the phone - we’ll always get you sorted.
Developing wheels for purposes, not price-points
We’ve never seen the value in developing a great wheelset, and then downgrading it to lower price-points. Instead, we work from the ground up, developing purpose-focused products to be the best for their intended usage. The price is a bi-product of this process paired with an innovative business model. We don’t achieve our competitiveness through a low standard of component selection, but instead a leaner business model by selling directly to you and through local bike shops. Ultimately, we seek to create the best possible wheelset for a given style of riding, based on feedback from our own riding and that of our customers around the world.

Whether investing in top engineering talent or rigorously testing (and re-testing) our wheels in wind tunnels and on simulated cobbled rolling roads, we leave no stone unturned when it comes to maximising the developmental potential of our wheels. We constantly seek improvement in what we do, and that improvement must always take the form of serving riders in ways better than we have previously.
