Reader's Ride | Rudi's Open Up
Believe it or not, the images above and below this text are of the very same bike, belonging to Rudi. He's taken the "1 bike for 2 purposes" thing and really ran with it, showing off the frame with striking 2-face style custom paint.
With a 50CAD (+ Continental GP5000) setup for flying along the blacktop, and a 650B Adventure Sport Disc (+ Schwalbe Thunder Burt) format for hammering trails, this is as cool an example we've seen of a 650b/700c dual compatible bike. No expense has been spared, with Rudi opting for ENVE finishing kit, and a full Shimano Ultegra RX Di2 groupset (barring the gorgeous Rotor 3D power meter chainset).
