For this week's Reader's Ramble, we could think of no better route designer than the local hardman famous for riding through just about anything... really fast...

Asides from all our exhibition bikes, wheels and pop-up tents (so basically everything) not clearing US Customs until 5pm the day before the exhibition started, it was smooth sailing so we thought it'd be good to put together an equally smooth playlist... all with songs about California.

OpenDev rider Rob put in a huge epic over the Roubaix weekend. Heading out with his bunch of ColVelo Collective riding buddies from Colchester, the dozen or so guys put in a huge 266km day. With a moving time of over 10hours, we think it might be safe to say that a few cafe stops (or beers) were had on the way. 

Every now and then we're caught off-guard by something that really catches our eye & we really like. More and more often, these small little features are aboard gravel bikes. How these bikes are progressing in terms of design, really makes us happy to see that gravel is really becoming a thing of its own and not a scaled up 'cross bike or a XC MTB with drop bars.

Ollie is taking the Cassette for a spin. After setting the impossible task of putting together five tracks, he has given us five songs with a theme - all-out tunes for all-out efforts!
